Spring TRWD Trash Bash from 8:30am to 10:00am. Pick a location and bring a group, a friend or just yourself to help clean up trash along the Trinity.

When the trash is all bashed, volunteers are treated to an after party with free food, door prizes and entertainment at Panther Island Pavilion and Cobb Park.

Chapter 655 Riders Celebrity Photo Ride, leading into a BBQ and Elvis Show at the Post 655 ($10 cover) starting at 6:00PM.

 The ride starts at 1:00PM and goes until 5:00PM with prizes awarded for the best "Picture with a Celebrity"

May 26 - The American Legion Family has called upon Congress to designate May 26, 2017, as National Poppy Day to expand awareness and provide support everywhere for all who have served and sacrificed in the U.S. armed forces.

Four Chaplains Day (first Sunday in February)

A day set aside to remember and honor the bravery of the four U.S. Army chaplains who gave their lives to save others when the troop ship USAT Dorchester sank during World War II.
